Cancellation, no show & LATE FEE POLICY
MY CANCELLATION POLICY STATES THAT ALL* CONFIRMED *APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELLED NO EARLIER THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME IN ORDER TO RECIEVE A FULL PAYMENT REFUND. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT ARE SUBJECT TO A LATE CANCELLATION FEE OF HALF OF THE COST OF OF YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. (EX; A 50$ READING THAT IS CANCELLED WITHIN THE 24 HOUR OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME WILL RESULT IN THE CLIENT RECIEVING A REFUND OF 25$.) ALL APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE CANCELLED BEFORE THAT 24 HOUR PERIOD BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME WILL RECIEVE A FULL REFUND. (EX; A 50$ READING THAT IS CANCELLED 48 HOURS, 72 HOURS EVEN 25 HOURS BEFORE THAT SCHEDULED TIME WILL RECIEVE A FULLPAYMENT REFUND.
MY LATENESS POLICY STATES THAT ONCE AN APPOINTMENT IS OVER TEN MINUTES PAST ITS START TIME, WITHOUT THE CLIENT PRESENT, IT IS CONSIDERED A “NO SHOW”. THERE IS 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FOR LATENESS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT IS CONSIDERED A “NO SHOW”. I UNDERSTAND THAT SITATIONS EMERGE SOMETIMES, SO PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME IF YOU THINK YOU WILL BE LATE IN ORDER TO AVOID A “NO SHOW”.
UNFORTUNATELY, A “NO SHOW” OR AN INSTACNE WHERE THE APPOINTEMENT IS MISSED ENTIRELY BY THE CLIENT, THE CLIENT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL OR PARITAL REFUND.
